" I am an injured ex firefighter. I had spine fusion surgery after an accident I had at work in 2022. L5 & S1 were fused together during the operation. Although the Surgery was successful, it has aged me & I suffer a lot of pain & stiffness throughout my body since the accident & the surgery.
